Food inspo on today’s post…because my favorite lunch items, are those where I don’t have to cook and quite honestly, I’m slowly trying to transition to vegetarianism (is that even a word?).
If you guys have read some of my previous posts, you know I am not a cook, but a girl’s gotta eat. This is a great combo- no cooking and a vegetarian option.
This is one of my favorite go-to sandwiches. It’s soooo refreshing- and there truly isn’t a recipe, but here’s what I like to add to it…
- Whole Grain Bread (two slices)
- A little cream cheese.
- Hard-Boiled Egg (not pictured), a great protein addition
- Hot Sauce, of course…spice it up a bit.
